You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Inaccurate shipping or billing information

  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging

  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Ship the Product: You must return the product at your own cost unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  3. Product Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  4. Refund Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

2.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items not in original condition or damaged by customer misuse

  • Return requested after the return period (7 days)

  • Sale or clearance items unless defective


3. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

  • Then, contact your bank
